After working as a DJ in America for 8 years, I moved back to Taiwan to pursue my dream in music and fitness. The sweat pouring, music pumping, cardio party is what I’d found as the best way to stay fit, healthy and to have fun while doing it. I encourage my riders to push their limits, take risks, and create changes in their minds and bodies. With a variety of taste in music from EDM, hip hop, latin, or rock, my classes are always a party.
