At KIFF, we made the choice to reduce our plastic footprint, you can bring your own bottle or buy one of our branded reusable water bottles at the counter.
We provide shoes for free for each session.
If you have a pair you also can bring them, we use SPD cleat pedals.
Being clipped to the bike gives great stability and efficiency. It will allow you to work your whole body without bulking up the thighs.
Lockers are available for each guest, you can leave your belongings safely and ride with a clear mind.
You can leave your belongs (and all possible distractions) in your lockers !
Separate changing rooms are provided for men and women, our changing room includes sinks, individual showers, hairdryers, and cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant).
You will find a sports towel directly on your bike, shower towels will be available in the changing rooms.
Our bikes are simple to use and efficient.
For your first session, make sure to come early, our team will help you to get settled.
Here are few tips to start with:
– The saddle height has to be adjusted parallel to your hip.
– The distance between the saddle and the handlebars should be equal to the length of your forearm.
– The handlebars must be level or slightly higher than the saddle
we’d encourage anyone who starts with higher handlebars to begin lowering them to saddle height over time, to strengthen your core and boost overall workout efficiency.
If you have any particular pain or discomfort, report it to the staff during your installation, they will help you to adjust the settings and give you advice.
KIFF sessions are intense, you are always in control of your effort during the class.
Our coaches will assist you to surpass yourself, it is important to listen to your body and respect your limits.
If you feel any discomfort during the session, do not push yourself.
Be patient, you will progress over the sessions, you will challenge yourself to be stronger.
